About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our sales team. You will be at the forefront of our company, discovering and acting upon new opportunities and deals for the studio. This role is essential for driving our business growth and expanding our market presence. If you are passionate about the gaming industry and have a knack for negotiating high value deals, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships in the gaming industry.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Create and present compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business deals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Yellow Panda and expand our network.

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the gaming industry.

  • Strong understanding of the gaming market, including PC, web platforms and mobile.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Drive.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
