About the Role
As a Producer, you will be in charge of planning roadmaps, defining sprints and negotiating deadlines. It is important for us, our clients and our partners that every project is delivered on time. You will conduct kick-offs, follow-ups with the team and schedule deliveries with clients and publishers. It is also important to assign teams to different projects and organize tasks to maximize the team's effectiveness.
You will work with our sales team to analyse briefings and estimate projects. Budgets must be managed between different projects so that the development goes as smoothly as possible.
Requirements
Advanced English level.
Resident of Brazil
Advanced in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Have experience with Google Drive.
Knowledge of management tools (Click Up, Notion, Monday, etc).
2+ years of experience managing game development teams.

While we love helping our clients bring their ideas to life, we are also commited to creating our own games and have specialized in the creation of Casual Tycoon games for a variety of platforms. Titles in development include "Vip Club Tycoon", a Fortnite Tycoon Level, "Mafia Paradise" a mobile tycoon game about building a mafia empire and "TycoonVania", a browser vampire multiplayer match-based tycoon game.
